Can I use Ovexa if my cycle isn't regular or textbook-length?

Absolutely!
Ovexa adapts to irregular cycles using pattern recognition, biometrics, sleep data and behavioural trends to build your unique rhythm. The system learns and recalibrates every month.

Does this replace my coach or training plan?

No.
